Tax

All sales to customers within the UK are subject to VAT at 20% unless the goods are being delivered outside of the EU or to an EU Member state and country code and VAT number of the delivery address are provided at time of checkout.

Customers from an EU member state are charged VAT at 20% unless being sent to a business that is registered for VAT and country code and VAT number are provided at checkout.

Orders received from outside of the EU will automatically have VAT removed from their order.

Note: Your basket will display VAT at 20% until delivery details are confirmed.

All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal, major credit cards and bank transfer. Our credit card checkout process is secured by Worldpay, ensuring your information can not be read or tampered with while it is being sent.

We have no access to your credit card information and the card details are transported ENCRYPTED to your bank for authorisation.

Should you not wish to process through our online system orders can also be accepted verbally over the phone or you may complete the order process online and follow with a payment via bank transfer.

Note: Orders received with payment by bank transfer will not be despatched until funds are cleared by our bank.

Delivery

We ship worldwide, using UPS and Royal Mail services.

Please Note: Royal Mail can not always guarantee delivery times for standard mail during busy periods or after strike action, we can not accept liability for goods not received on time in these instances.

All orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm GMT time will be processed and dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Where stock is not available we will inform you of an expected delivery date.

Orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday, at the weekend or on bank holidays or other holiday periods will be despatched the next available working day.

All carriage rates are calculated based on the total weight of the products at checkout and the delivery service that you so that the best possible price can be provided to you.

Service Details & Exemptions

Product Returns

Should you need to return goods for any reason please complete our online returns request form and await our authorisation number.

In accordance with Regulation 14 of the UK WEEE Regulations we are required to "Take Back" your old equivalent product, when you purchase a replacement product from us. Full details are available on our WEEE Regulations page. Our Producer Registration Number: WEE/HG0106WW
