We package our products as securely as possible but sometimes goods may get damaged in transit.
If this happens to your goods please complete a Returns Request Form of call 0870 850 6156 to speak with a member of our team, within 3 working days of receiving your product so that we may arrange for a replacement to be with you as soon as possible.
In some cases we may also ask that you return the goods to us before a replacement is dispatched, in these cases we ask that the goods are adequately packaged, to prevent any further damage, and returned at the customer's risk and expense. This cost will be refunded at our discretion.
After 3 working days the goods will be classed as faulty and you will need to follow our faulty product procedure.
Please Note: No return will be accepted at our warehouses without a valid returns authorisation number. This can be obtained by completing our online Returns Request Form or by speaking with a member of our staff.
