Although all of our products are subject to quality inspections there may occasionally be a faulty product.  You will need to notify us within the first 10 working days of delivery and we will discuss your issue to determine the best cause of action.
If we recommend the return of the unit to us we will carry out inspections and uations of the product.  If if found to be faulty a full refund or replacement will be given.  There is no delivery charge when sending our a replacement product.
Goods that have been modified or altered in anyway or have been subjected to damage or misuse will not receive a credit or replacement.
Faults found after the first 10 working days of delivery will be subject to the manufactureres warrenty and procedure but will involve the same process as above.
Please Note: No return will be accepted at our warehouses without a valid returns authorisation number. This can be obtained by completing our online Returns Request Form or by speaking with a member of our staff.
