What is Your Checkout Process?

Once you have added products to your basket and click Checkout you will be taken through a process to obtain all of the required details for delivery and payment.

1. Billing Address - You will need to complete your name, and the address used for the credit card you have ed to use. There is a notes box to allow you to leave information pertinent to your delivery, such as floor within building or location of front door. You must tick to confirm you have read our terms & conditions before you will be able to proceed to the next step.
   
2. Delivery Address – This is the physical location you wish the order to be delivered to, If this information is the same as your billing address simple tick the box at the top of the page and your details will be completed alternatively you can enter your work address or a different person at a different address even a different country.  The country area will need to be completed to enable us to accurately calculate the delivery costs to your chosen location.
   
   If the goods are to be delivered to a business address in a different country please also complete their VAT number so that we may remove the VAT charge. If the VAT number is not completed at this point we will not be able to remove the cost later.
   
3. Order Confirmation – This page will detail the product that you have ordered and a breakdown of the costs. This is your opportunity to your preferred delivery service all options available to your ed delivery country area will be viewable, with costs, from the down list. Once you have ed your preferred delivery method the button to ensure all costings are d then confirm.
   
4. Payment – You will be taken from our site to the SECPay page where you will need to complete your credit card details, and if required by your bank complete the advanced security process.  Upon completion of payment you will receive a confirmation message with a link back to our website.
   
   Please Note: All data that passes between our website and the Secpay site is encrypted and secure.
