Using the Shopping Basket

When you click "Add to Basket" you will be taken to the Shopping Basket. Details of the product will also appear in your onscreen Shopping Basket. This will keep track of products you are interested in as you browse the site. You can increase the number of products or remove them at any point by visiting "My Basket" at the top right hand corner of the page.

Once you are happy with your selection you can enter any discount codes that you may have and use our handy shipping estimator to calculate your total cost. Then simply click "Proceed To Checkout" to go through the easy to follow checkout & payment process.

Checkout Process

Once you have clicked "Proceed to Checkout" you will be guided through a quick, easy & secure process set out below.

1. Checkout Method
   If you are not logged in you will be given the option to checkout as a guest, register or log in. If you have register you can log in to use your existing details stored on our Secure system to make the checkout process even faster.
2. Billing Information
   You should enter the name and address details for the payment method that you are using. This allows us to carry out full security checks to protect your payment. Selecting Ship to this address will auto complete the next step for you.
3. Shipping Address
   If you want your order shipped to a different address to the billing address, enter the name and address details here. We request the telephone number for the delivery address so that couriers may contact you if needed.
4. Shipping Method
   We offer several shipping options to suit budgets and expedience; simply select the one that best suits your requirements. Note: Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be processed and shipped the same day, subject to stock availability.
5. Payment Information
   For your convenience we accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal or Google Checkout; just select the method that best suits you.
6. Overview & Confirm
   Check your delivery, billing, payment method and the product you are purchasing carefully (the order total is clearly visible, including any shipping costs and tax), when you are happy click "Place Order".

You will now be redirected to make your payment. If you selected to pay by Credit card a SagePay Secure window will display within the site for you to provide your credit card details, complete & select Proceed. If you selected PayPal or Google you will be redirected to their websites to log into your account , review the purchase and Pay.
7. All Done
   You will be redirected to a page confirming your order has been received, which will confirm your order number. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress.

Payment Options

We have both Google and Paypal checkout facilities as well as accepting payment via Mastercard, Visa Debit, Delta, Visa Credit Card, Maestro and JCB. We cannot accept cheques for payment.

Our credit card checkout process is Secured by SagePay, you will need to enter the three digit number (known as CV2) that appears on the back of your card. We also operate the 3D secure scheme from Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to give you the peace of mind to shop online without worrying about unauthorised purchases.

Transactions on oversees credit cards are subject to the currency conversion rates applied by that company, which will be detailed on your credit card statement.

Payment Security

You know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL.

Our Credit Card Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx). Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS) and uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

PayPal & Google Checkout work in a similar way to each other. They store and safeguard your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, both checkouts takes the payment from your card or bank directly, and your payment details are never shared on the internet. So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.

Should you still not be happy to place an order online we are able to accept payment over the phone, simply call us with details of the goods you would like to order, your billing/shipping information and your credit card details.

Pricing & Availability

The availability of an item will be clearly displayed to you when at Shopping Basket level. We endeavour to maintain adequate supplies of product to meet anticipated demand but cannot guarantee availability of any item. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an anticipated delivery lead time once your order is received.

Our prices are intended to be competitive, but also reflect the quality of our products. We compare our products against those on other websites to ensure we continue to bring you great products at great prices. For this reason there may be differences between prices on this site to those offered over the phone or via our corporate entity.

All pricing shown on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling and display inclusive of UK VAT, until they reach Basket or Checkout. VAT is then displayed as a separate entity along with shipping costs.

All sales are subject to UK VAT unless the goods are being delivered outside of the EU or to an EU Member state and country code and VAT number of the delivery address are provided at time of checkout.

Customers from an EU member state are charged VAT unless being sent to a business that is registered for VAT and country code and VAT number are provided at checkout. Orders received from outside of the EU will automatically have VAT removed from their order.

Note: Your basket will display VAT until delivery details are confirmed.

All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

Changing or Cancelling your order

If you have an account with us you can make alterations or cancel your order online. If you do not have an account then you will need to call customer services.

Alterations to orders cannot be made once the order has started processing. If you need to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop your order from being dispatched and refund you in full. Please remember that we aim to process and despatch orders received before 14:00 GMT the same working day.

Under the distance selling regulation you have the right to cancel your contract with us for the goods that you have ordered any time up to the end of the seventh working day from receipt of goods. To process a cancellation you should contact us by e-mail and obtain a returns authorisation number within this 7 day period.

If you want to exchange for a different product the conditions above still apply. We'll ask you to place a new order then issue a refund for the products on the first order once you have returned the product.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and a re-saleable condition. All returns should include a copy of the original order paper work and include our returns authorisation number. Visit the Returns page for full terms and more information about making a return.
