We cannot tell you the price of delivery here, as it is dependent on the total weight of your order and your chosen delivery address; we do have a shipping estimator at basket level however that will advise you the options available and their prices.
Orders received before 14:00 GMT on a working day* will be processed and dispatched the same day provided no additional security checks are required and all goods are available from stock.
Should an item be out of stock when we come to despatch we will contact you with an anticipated delivery lead time. We will not split the delivery of an order before we have had confirmation from you that it is OK to do so.
Once your order has been dispatched you should expect to receive your goods within 1-7 working days, dependant on the service selected. European & International deliveries may take substantially longer.
All orders require a customer's signature upon delivery and cannot be delivered without this.
*A working day is any day other than weekends, bank holidays or other public holidays. Our offices and warehouses are also closed throughout the Christmas & New Year period so no orders will be processed or dispatched 23rd December 2016 to 1st January 2017 inclusive.
We currently ship within the UK, to Europe and Worldwide using UPS and Royal Mail services. There is also the facility to collect from our warehouses in Aldermaston, Berkshire, UK.
Free Standard Delivery – Available for all UK deliveries with a basket value of £45 or more. Delivery can be expected 1-5 days after posting.
UPS Standard – Next working day, by the end of the day, dependant on destination.
UPS Express Saver – Next working day, by 12:00 noon.
UPS Express – Next working day, by 10:30 a.m.
UPS Express Plus – Next working day, by 9:00 a.m.
Second Class Packet (Recorded Signed for™) – Royal Mail aim to deliver by the 3rd working days after posting, to the majority of UK destinations.
First Class Packet (Recorded Signed for™) – Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day, including Saturday, anywhere in the UK. The service can take up to 2 working days however.
Special Delivery™ Next Day – Next Day, from Royal Mail, offers guaranteed delivery next day. This delivery service guarantees delivery of your urgent goods before 1pm the next working day, to 99% of the UK. Postal areas with restrictions can be found at Royal Mail Postal Area Restrictions.
Special Delivery™ 9.00am – guarantees delivery by 9.00am the next working day to the majority of the UK. Postal areas with restrictions can be found at Royal Mail Postal Area.
UPS Express – 1-3 working days, by the end of the day.
UPS Express Saver – 1-5 working days, by the end of the day.
UPS Expedited – 2-5 working days, by the end of the day.
International Signed For – Royal Mail Service aims to deliver to European destinations within 3 working days and worldwide within 5. Once arriving at the delivery country the package will be handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service.
Airsure – Royal Mail service to 30 worldwide destinations with delivery 2-4 working days after posting.

We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
The recipient is liable for all export and import costs that may be required upon delivery; if you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are fully aware they will be responsible for these additional charges should they be applied.
We allow delivery to addresses other than the home address of the credit/debit card holder.
If you wish to change the delivery address after you have placed your order then you will need to call as soon as possible, quoting your order number, to arrange for this to be changed. Please remember that we aim to process and despatch orders received before 14:00 GMT the same working day; if your order has already been processed on our system then we will be unable to change the address.
To ensure there is no delay in your order being processed and dispatched you should use a confirmed address within PayPal. When opting to pay by credit card ensure you enter your credit card billing address and other security details correctly so that all security checks are passed.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
To qualify for free UK delivery the value of goods in your basket must be over £45 and your order must be shipped to a delivery address in Mainland UK.
Delivery to Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland do not qualify.
Make sure the "Free Standard Delivery 1-5 days" option is selected at time of checkout.
Once you have completed your online order you will be taken to a confirmation screen, which gives you an order number; you will also receive a confirmation via e-mail detailing your order. This can be used to check on the progress if your order up until it is despatched.
Upon dispatched you will receive a second automated e-mail with a link to allow you to track your order.
Should there be any delay to your order due to stock being unavailable a member of our customer services team will contact you to advise.
Registered users may login to their My Account facility at any time to view the status of their orders, both past and current; they will also be kept up to date with outstanding orders in the same way as Guest users.

Have you checked the status of your order within the My Account facility on our website or checked your mail box for status updates (if you have not added us as a safe sender it is best to check your junk folder too)?
If you selected Royal Mail as the delivery service has it been 15 working days (or 28 days for international orders) since your order was dispatched? They allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems.
All orders require a customer's signature upon delivery and cannot be delivered without this. Have you checked to see if a delivery card has been left for you to contact your local depot or to advise that your goods have been left with a neighbour?
In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible.
